Our recipe’s origin story begins in East England, in the small city of Norfolk. That is where we learned how to make delicious, flavourful, soft and yet crunchy waffles. All the (secret) ingredients that we use are sourced from a British company which are then mixed with some Indian ones (also a secret) to give our waffles a typical texture; the kind that you’d only find at Great Britain Waffle.
